COYOTE’S

Known for their customer service and the local community’s love for the owner Ed, Coyote’s needed to find new ways to stay top of mind and survive through the pandemic.

Challenge

During a time when everyone was just dealing with the impact of lockdowns, Ed was trying to figure out how to bring business into Coyote’s Bistro.

How might we increase revenue for a business that historically relies on in-house patronage? How do you help a restaurant grow online?

Solution

A strategic family oriented brand position paired with a consistent experience and an advertising strategy to squeeze zero dollars out of a strapped operating budget. A personal family focused message from Ed to Yellowknife and media placements that engaged with the local community, celebrating the legacy of this family business in the north, and a campaign that centred the idea that family is the most important thing in tough times.
