We believe that when people are the center of every decision — we build accessible, inclusive solutions that not only make a difference but actually support the people who make that difference. Design is for people. Design is for everybody. We always start with the conversation for people. We need to give them something to care about.

  • What do our ideal people care about? What problems do they face? What is the difference that we make? How do we fit into the story of our ideal customer? What is the problem we solve and what would be missing from the world if we weren’t in it? The third question is always centered on the impact. The specific measurable results that make a difference in the audience’s lives.

  • How are we connecting with the people? What are we doing to show up in the market, connect with the right people, earn their attention, and make an offer of value. Promotion is about connection. The only way we can grow is to get in front of more people and make sure we take up some space and let people know we are here to help.
