Now that doesn’t include a seasoned Creative Director, access to stock and other resources, managing the workflow, workload, triaging requests, working out strategic decisions about the project…we could go on.

The long and short of it is that you can subscribe to Design Garage for less than even one full-time hire and have the dedicated support you need to get everything done. Anything that is more complex or out of scope for Design Garage can be handled by our bespoke design studio at Humanfolk. The level of resources, collaborators and team members is already set up and ready to support you. It’s up to you whether you want to wait till you have your team or not.

You definitely can. You can get design work anywhere these days—and most of these design marketplaces are individuals who don’t necessarily have the experience, skills, expertise, and are going to require you to manage the people and drive the project. We are offering our studio, our leadership, tools, systems, processes and guidance to do this right, effectively and fast. There’s a whole team committed to your success.

Once you choose a subscription plan, you can add as many requests to your project board as you like. Your membership level will determine the number of active requests (or projects) that you have on the go at any given time. They will be delivered one by one as our team accomplishes the projects. A higher level of membership the more requests can be handled at once.

Awesome!!! We get it, sometimes there are projects that fall outside of scope of Design Garage. That’s where Humanfolk Studios comes in. Our bespoke brand and design consultancy can handling anything you can throw at us. With our award winning creative leadership we have the resources, collaborators, expertise and experience to handle anything from complete brand launches, to video content, web and digital development, e-commerce, advertising campaigns, and event/environmental design. You can start and stop requests as you need them. You can re-prioritize your requests as you see fit. Communication with your direct contact at Design Garage is key to ensure that we can swiftly and effectively jump onto priority requests and get those delivered in a timely manner.

This is a great question. Design Garage is intended to accelerate marketing and brand operations. The entire focus of DG is to take your projects and get them done with integrity, velocity, and high level of quality so that it works for the purpose you intend it to. We deliver requests within 48-72 hours for simple projects and longer for more complex tasks, your project manager will assign timelines in your project board so you can see the proposed schedule and work with us to ensure projects are prioritized effectively for your needs.

We have a team of designers and collaborators that we work with. We are small on purpose so we can devote the time and care to our client’s requests without worrying about employing hundreds of designers. Your team will be added to your board and they will grow with you and get to know your brand better over time. In the past we have found that as designers get to know the brands they work on the faster the work gets produced. It’s a benefit of having an intentionally small team.

Of course. We always want our clients to manage their budgets effectively. Subscriptions are billed on a 31 day cycle and can be paused every 31 days. So if you purchase your subscription on the 1st day of a month you could pause it at the end of the month and start it back up a month after that. We keep this streamlined to make managing your subscription as easy as possible.

While we generally work within the Adobe suite, Figma, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, we can accommodate software needs for specific requests on occasion.

Upon subscribing to one of our plans you will receive access to your own personal Monday project board which you can then add any users from your company and inject as many requests as you like. You can use the request form in Monday to write the information, share a Loom video or add Google Docs, if you can supply a link to it you can share information however you like.

No Worries at all, in fact Reviewing the work is part of the process. We want to make sure that our clients are 100% satisfied and so revisions and reviews are a necessary part of any creative work or production process.

Yes, our Design Garage subscriptions do not handle 3D modeling, animation, video, or development (code) However, reach out to your contact in your Monday board and we bring that request over to our bespoke studio and we can likely provide a customer project for you. Humanfolk can handle almost any custom request that you have that falls outside the scope of Design Garage plans.

Due to the high quality nature of our work, the resources, and scheduling involved with Design Garage clients—subscriptions can be paused or canceled. There are no refunds once a subscription has been paid and the 31 day cycle initiated.
