LEO SOFTWARE

Building a clear, flexible brand foundation for a growing software company.

Challenge

Leo Software is a growing software company operating independently after previously sitting under a larger partner brand. As the company began to stand on its own, it lacked a distinct visual identity and a clear digital presence to represent the business.

Without a brand system or website of their own, Leo Software had limited ability to clearly communicate who they were, what they did, or present themselves consistently to clients and partners. They needed a fast, cost-effective way to establish credibility and clarity without overbuilding or slowing momentum.

Solution

This wasn’t a branding polish problem — it was a foundation problem. Leo Software needed simple, practical tools that would allow the team to act like a brand immediately.

We created a lightweight brand identity system, including logo marks, typography, and a core colour palette, designed to be flexible and easy to apply. Alongside this, we built a simple one-page Squarespace website to establish a clear digital presence. To support sales and internal communication, we also delivered a Google Slides template for pitches and presentations, ensuring consistency across touchpoints from day one.
