Transformations Landscaping is a local landscaping company operating in a competitive service market. As the business grew, its digital presence no longer reflected the quality of its work or supported future growth.
The company relied on an outdated WordPress website that was difficult to manage and built on disconnected tools. Key features, such as an online quote generator, weren’t integrated cleanly. At the same time, the brand’s messaging was vague and indistinguishable from competitors, making it difficult to build awareness beyond word-of-mouth referrals.
